NFL Week 8

Ouch, one of the worst weeks ever....7-7. I know one of those picks i went out on a limb, the Patriots prevailed barely. the Jets held their own, just couldn't finish it.

Thoughts from Week 8

1. The Dolphins look like an entirely different team. They threw a beatdown on the Texans.
2. 49ers, just like, quit.
3. Dallas, you too. Years of not drafting a quality backup, is coming back to bite you. Especially with Romo's injury history.
4. Lions, I feel bad for Detroit.
5. Patriots probably won't lose for a while. I can see them being the last unbeaten team.
6. That Packers/Broncos game, best of the week.
7. The sad part about the AFC South, the Colts will get into the playoffs with a 7-9 record at this point.
8. Browns back to the same ol same ol. You get the Cardinals, that's sad for you.
9. Saints/Giants game could be the second best game of the week.
10. Shoutout to the Raiders. they look really good this season so far.
11. Seahawks should beat up the Cowboys this week.
12. Bengals, will we see them at 7-0? It will be a good tilt with Big Ben returning.

Top 5: Lombardi Division

1. Patriots - Still the toast.
2. Packers - They are near the top too.
3. Panthers - We should pay more attention to them.
4. Bengals - These guys, too.
5. Falcons - Sorry Broncos fans, not convinced until Peyton improves his play.

Bottom 5: Participation Trophy Division

32. Lions - Sorry, I thought you would climb up from here but nope.
31. 49ers - Ugh.
30. Browns - Double up.
29. Buccaneers - Ugh, Ugh
28. Ravens - Surprising to see them here.

Coaches on the hot seat

1. Bill O'Brien - I won't be surprised if he's fired soon.
2. Jim Caldwell - Lions are bad.
3. Mike Pettine - Look at the Browns.
4. John Harbaugh- Could be if they go 2-14.

Ingersoll Pick of the Week - Team guaranteed to get that W

New York Jets - A tough tilt with the Raiders, but with their defense, and their potential offensive capabilities, they will contain the Raiders potent duo of Carr/Cooper.

Bye Week Teams - Bills, Eagles, Redskins, Jaguars

Thursday October 29 8:25PM EST

(CBS/NFL) Dolphins (3-3) vs Patriots (6-0) - The Dolphins, since firing Joe Philbin, have been on a tear. Offense is insane. They are running up against a formidable Patriots defense. I don't see a shootout, but the Dolphins can sack Brady and penetrate that offensive line. Should be a Patriots win. Patriots 27, Dolphins 17

Sunday November 1st (DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME)

1PM EST

(FOX) Lions (1-6) vs Chiefs (2-5) - Lions, poor Lions. So bad all the time. Last year's playoff loss, and just haven't recovered. Chiefs surprisingly beat the Steelers last week. The lions have to play like they have everything to gain. Keep some jobs. Chiefs too. I can see the Lions getting that second elusive win. Lions 24, Chiefs 20

(FOX) Buccaneers (2-4) vs Falcons (6-1) - Falcons weren't as high powered last week. They did manage to win, but the offense was meh. Bucs had a chance for a third win, and literally blew it. Falcons need to win to keep pace with the Panthers. Should be a big day for them. Falcons 31, Bucs 13

(FOX) Cardinals (5-2) vs Browns (2-5) - Browns had a chance to beat the Rams but then remembered they are the Browns. The Cardinals nearly blew a lead against the Ravens, but they are a tough team. They can beat Cleveland, and it's just another piled up loss for the Browns. Cardinals 35, Browns 20

(FOX) 49ers (2-5) vs Rams (3-3) - I mean, the Rams have a pretty good defense. The 49ers have nothing. So I don't think this will be a close game at all. Rams 27, 49ers 6

(FOX) Giants (4-3) vs Saints (3-4) - This is a matchup that is good on paper. The Saints have rebounded from a terrible start. They have won a few in a row. The Giants, barely beat a Cowboys team they should have destroyed. I fully expect a high scoring match, that the Saints win by a field goal. Saints 30, Giants 27

(FOX) Vikings (4-2) vs Bears (2-4) - Bears are just not good. I am very surprised that the Vikings are 4-2. But here they are. The Vikings can get the running game going, and coast to a win. Jay Cutler is going to throw his usual 2-3 picks. Vikings 24, Bears 13

(CBS) Chargers (2-4) vs Ravens (1-6) - The Chargers are traveling across the country, and usually in these games, with this record, they usually shine. It will be a nice warm, scattered shower day in Baltimore. The Chargers could put the spike in the crap Ravens season. I think the Chargers will win a close game. Chargers 27, Ravens 23

(CBS) Bengals (6-0) vs Steelers (4-3) - the Bengals are good. Both at home and on the road. Big Ben returns and the offense is completely different when he is the QB. I think the Steelers win with the boost at QB. Steelers 17, Bengals 14

(CBS) Titans (1-5) vs Texans (2-5) - The Texans and Titans is a game you can skip. both teams are bad. Not sure if Mariotta is playing, and the Texans just have all sorts of issues on both sides of the ball. Texans are not nearly as bad and should have a productive day. Texans 24, Titans 10

4:05PM EST

(CBS) Jets (4-2) vs Raiders (3-3) - The Jets are pretty good and they went toe to toe with the Patriots. They can be a wild card contender. They just have to win games like this. Raiders, bravo team. you guys are turning it around after a mediocre dozen seasons. Jets will win, sorry guys. Jets 28, Raiders 17

(FOX) Seahawks (3-4) vs Cowboys (2-4) - the Cowboys don't have the QB firepower to contend. Sure they may be able to run the ball, and even sack Wilson, but they can't contend without a legit arm. Matt Casell? Brandon Weeded? no. Seahawks should get back to .500. Seahawks 31, Cowboys 13

8:30PM EST

(NBC) Packers (6-0) vs Broncos (6-0) - Best game of the week. The Broncos have a defense that is good. The Packers offense is equally good. Can we see Peyton return to form? Probably not. I think that it will be a low scoring, but exciting game. Packers 20, Broncos 16

Monday November 2nd

(ESPN) Colts (3-4) at Panthers (6-0) - The Colts are as bad as they seem and it's okay because they are in a terrible division and will still make the playoffs. They play from behind a lot and if they get behind on the Panthers, they will be looking at another loss. That will happen, unfortunately for them. Panthers 31, Colts 28

Happy Week 8!

NFL Week 7

Another week at 9-5. Not bad. it's above .500, but there are some teams that should've won (ahem) Giants, Ravens, and most importantly FALCONS. How dare you lose. You sonsabitches. It's okay, everyone will finish with at least one loss this season.

Thoughts from Week 6:

1. Might the Falcons have been exposed. The Saints, who are not good by the way, exposed your team. Badly.
2.  Seahawks. Sup. Like. Sup with you? You guys okay?
3. I am excited to see a potential Bengals, Patriots matchup at some point.
4. Lions, you broke my heart. How dare you win. But you beat the Bears, so it's all good.
5. Bills, you are 8-8 at best.
6. Browns, impressive even in defeat. You guys, I feel bad for you guys.
7. Patriots/Jets probably best game of the week.
8. Dez Bryant, don't rush back man. I know you have that fire burning inside of you. but like, take it easy. I fucking love you, man.88 for life.

9. DeMarco Murray weekly jab. You should've stayed behind Dallas' massive line.
10. Sorry it took so long, but Panthers, you are impressive.
11. Wasn't the 49 I thought, but the Patriots won a great game.
12. The Colts, the fuck you thinking with that "trick" play.

Top 5: Lombardi Division

1. Patriots
2. Packers
3. Bengals
4. Panthers
5. Falcons

Bottom 5: Participation Ribbon Division

32. Lions - Won, but hanging down here.
31. Jaguars
30. Texans
29. Titans
28. Chiefs

Honorable mention: Seahawks for losing two games they should have won in a row in the fourth quarter.

Coaches on the hot seat:

1. Bill O'Brien
2. Mike Pettine - Sure they played great in defeat, but they are still losing and probably won't make the playoffs.
3. Jim Caldwell

Ingersoll Pick of the Week: Team Guaranteed to get that W

Arizona Cardinals - Should be a bird fight, but the Ravens aren't exactly "good" and lost to the lowly 49ers last week. Cardinals lost to the Steelers, but they are going to come out flapping.

BYE WEEK Bears, Bengals, Packers, Broncos

Thursday October 22nd 8:30PM EST

(CBS/NFL) Seahawks (2-4) at 49ers (2-4) - For the first time in a long time, I'm afraid to pick the Seahawks. They come into San Francisco with a 0-3 road record. I can't remember the last time they were bad on the road. Funny thing is, the Super Bowl team that nearly won it all, is back intact. Is it that they have been playing over their talent and it's catching up to them, or are they as a collective still in a hangover. 49ers are bad, and this is one of those division games where the teams are going to battle hard. Seahawks come out on top though, because they are better on both sides of the ball than the 49ers. Seahawks 31, 49ers 20

Sunday October 25th 9:30AM EST

Wembley Stadium - Only streaming on Yahoo By the Way

(YAHOO) Bills (3-3) at Jaguars (1-5) - I felt the Bills defense could have been special this season. Defensively. Then Tyrod Taylor played lights out most of the season, and I felt they could have been a really good team. Meh. average. They are not good and keep playing down or up to their competition. Jaguars are right where they normally at. Vying for that number one draft pick. Congrats to London for getting the Jaguars for one game each season? Either way, I think the Jaguars will lose, but not before putting up some points. Blake Bortles, he's worth an outside fantasy pickup. Kid isn't have bad. Bills 27, Jaguars 24

1PM EST

(FOX) Buccaneers (2-3) at Redskins (2-4)  - Redskins could have a good game this week. Jameis Winston seems like he's on one of those weeks where he could throw three or four picks. Redskins play that opportunistic defense. Look for them to attack the Rookie. Redskins 27, Bucs 13

(FOX) Falcons (5-1) at Titans (1-4) - I fully expect the Falcons to get back on track after their loss last week. They need to score early and set the tempo. Mariotta is one of those QB's that if he can get in a rhythm they could put the Falcons in a deep hole. Be honest, the Falcons don't have a great secondary. So they need to stop him on third down or it could be a long day. Falcons 21, Titans 10

(FOX) Saints (2-4) at Colts (3-3) - Colts need to play better. They will win that sorry AFC south and get into the playoffs and lose. They should open that offense up against the Saints though. Colts 34, Saints 17

(FOX) Vikings (3-2) at Lions (1-5) - The Lions are one of those teams that could easily be 3-2 or even 4-1, but because bad calls and a few bad breaks they are 1-5. Won't make the playoffs, but they can certainly improve to say 8-8 on the season. Dug too big of a hole. the Vikings are spotty. They play good in spurts. AP is still a force, but they don't have the QB to elevate them to contender. Lions squeak by.  Lions 24, Vikings 21

(CBS) Steelers (4-2) at Chiefs (1-5) - I am pretty sure the Chiefs want to hit that reset button on the season. this beating they are about to get will make them remember that. Steelers 31, Chiefs 10

(CBS) Browns (2-4) at Rams (2-3) - I mean, how impressive were the Browns last week, in defeat might i add. I was thoroughly impressed. The Rams have not been impressive. I think the Browns can have a productive week on the field. Browns 27, Rams 20

(CBS) Texans (2-4) at Dolphins (2-3) - Dolphins suck at home. But the Texans just suck overall. I think the Dolphins suck less than the Texans really. Dolphins 24, Texans 17

(CBS) Jets (4-1) at Patriots (5-0) - You know, I'm going to go out on a limb. I don't think there will be an undefeated team this season. The Patriots are still my Super Bowl pick, but I think they lose a division game. Not a blowout, but the Jets defense is as tough as they come. Could be a long day for Brady. Call me stupid all you want, but I think it will be a Jets day. Jets 20, Patriots 17

4PM EST

(CBS) Raiders (2-3) at Chargers (2-4) - Division games are always tough. The Chargers had a tough loss against the Packers. The Raiders, well they are the opposite of their slogan most years, Just Win Baby, and I think they are about a year or two away from being playoff contenders. Chargers 27, Raiders 17

(FOX) Cowboys (2-3) at Giants (3-3) - In the opener, Dez Bryant went down against the Giants. Would be great if he could return and play them. The Giants lost a game to the Eagles where I thought they could have won. Dallas brought in Matt Cassell and is benching Brandon Weeden, who by the way, didn't play entirely bad the last few weeks. If they get Dez, and Matt doesn't play like a third string tetherball, Dallas will win. Dallas 27, Giants 13

8PM EST

(NBC) Eagles (3-3) at Panthers (5-0) - I fully expect the Panthers and that defense to keep the Eagles in check. Panthers 31, Eagles 13

Monday October 26th 830PM EST

(ESPN) Ravens (1-4) at Cardinals (4-2) - I'll be back in the desert for this. I am fully expecting the Cardinals to lay a giant beating on them. Cardinals 38, Ravens 16

Happy NFL Week 7

NFL Week 6

A 9-5 week last week. Had I not took a risk by picking the Raiders, who could have very well won that game, I would be 10-4. But still a winning record.

Thoughts from Week 5:

1. Aaron Rodgers finally looked human.
2. Tom Brady and the Patriots still look amazing.
3. The Seahawks, really missing an offensive line. No way the Seahawks of 2013 and 2014 lose that game like they did against the Bengals.
4. The Bengals. Killing it.
5. Another star player, Jamaal Charles, went down.
6. Cardinals still look good.
7.Browns won a tough game. Looked good doing it.
8. Dolphins have some problems they need to sort out.
9. Andrew Luck has missed two games in a row, and if he plays this week, gets a Patriots team that will throw the phone book at him.
10. The state of Florida has terrible NFL teams.
11. DeMarco Murray finally looked like an elite back. Although he has only run for just over 100 yards this season.
12, Dallas won't make the playoffs.
13. To be honest, the winner of the NFC East will have 9 wins at most.

Top 5: Lombardi Division

1. Patriots - They picked up right where they left off at the Super Bowl.
2. Packers - Still winning.
3. Bengals - Right now they look like the major challenger to the Patriots in the AFC.
4. Falcons - Hard to not move them up. They look good.
5. Panthers - Undefeated, coming off a bye week. Let's see if they are for real when they lay the Seahawks.

Bottom 5: The Participation Trophy Division

32. Lions - I always root for an 0-16 team. They are my only hope.
31. Jaguars - They are usually down here.
30. Dolphins - They have a lot of issues.
29. Texans - They need a legit NFL QB.
28. 49ers - I am not sure how they went from Super Bowl contender two years ago to bottom feeder, but here they are.

Coaches on the Hot Seat -

1. Bill O'Brien - Texans are underperforming
2. Jim Caldwell - 2-14 record will get him fired.
3. Mike Pettine - Win, sure. Make the playoffs or he's fired.
4. Sean Payton - I think he could go if the Saints continue their downward trend.
5. Chip Kelly - Blew up the team, not much to show for it. He needs to win and make the playoffs or he will be gone.

Bye Week Teams: Cowboys, Raiders, Rams, Buccaneers

Thursday October 15, 2015

8:25PM EST

(NFL/CBS) Falcons (5-0) at Saints (1-4) - The Falcons have found creative ways to win all season. Last week they came from behind to beat the Redskins. This week they should be able to jump on the Saints and pour on some points. That trade between the Seahawks and Saints kinda crippled both teams. Falcons have a good defense, look for about 5 sacks on Brees. Falcons 31, Saints 10

Sunday October 18, 2015

1PM EST

(FOX) Redskins (2-3) at Jets (3-1) - Jets have a good defense, fact is they are ranked 1st overall. The Redskins won't be able to do much against this defense if they can't establish the run. Without DeSean Jackson, they won't have much of a chance throwing it either. Jets need to get going on offense. The Redskins have a good rush defense, poor pass defense. If you have B. Marshall, probably a good idea to start him. Jets 24, Redskins 7

(FOX) Cardinals (4-1) at Steelers (3-2) - This is going to be a hard game for the Steelers. The Cardinals offense is as good as they come. And their defense, is pretty good too. The Steelers, minus Rothlesomething, are anemic. Mike Vick is not what he used to be. They need to try and capitalize on Cardinals turnovers and have a short field if they want to compete. Otherwise, Carson Palmer and the Cardinals will run all over them.  Cardinals 38, Steelers 13

(CBS) Chiefs (1-4) at Vikings (2-2) - With Jamaal Charles out, the Chiefs are going to have to rely on Alex Smith's arm. Which is good if you have Jeremy Maclin at receiver. Their defense is still good, but they get an Adrian Peterson who is returning to top form. the problem with the Chiefs is that they can't really hold a lead. They need to get ahead, and keep AP from running rampant. Won't happen. Vikings 24, Chiefs 20

(CBS) Bengals (5-0) at Bills (3-2) - The Bills defense, what was once thought to be their strong point, is not good. They are average at best. Bengals, what can I say. They are playing lights out. Plus, it's rumored Tyrod Taylor is out this week. Bengals could have the opportunity to really get a leg up in the AFC. Bengals 20, Bills 10

(FOX) Bears (2-3) at Lions (0-5) - The Lions have been in just about every game, and somehow, 0-5. They got screwed in Seattle. Sure. It happens. But they need to bounce back. Playoffs are out, so they need to hold it together and win. They should be able to get after Jay Cutler and squeak out a win. Lions 17, Bears 14

(CBS) Broncos (5-0) at Browns (2-3) - If the Browns want to be respectable, they need to win these games. Quality win last week, but the Broncos have a defense that can get to McCown. They will be without DeMarcus Ware this week, but the Broncos have a stingy defense that is carrying the team. Peyton Manning and the offense are doing just enough to win. The Broncos should win a close game. Broncos 23, Browns 17

(CBS) Texans (1-4) at Jaguars (1-4) - This is the worst game of the week. I mean, if you live in these markets, it's safe to say you can probably go outside and watch the grass grow. Only bright spot is that JJ Watts should have three or four sacks. Texans 24, Jaguars 21

(CBS) Dolphins (1-3) at Titans (1-3) - The Dolphins need this game. More than they ever needed a win, they need this. After the coach being fired, getting humiliated in London, a bye week, they need this game. Question is, can they stop Mariotta from having three TD's and running a Titans offense that isn't half bad. Yeah, they can. Will be a close one. Dolphins 27, Titans 24

4:05PM EST

(FOX) Panthers (4-0) at Seahawks (2-3) - Here's the problem with the Seahawks. they don't have an offensive line. Wilson has been sacked a league high 22 times. He is on pace to be sacked 80 times this season. Sure, their defense can play, but after last week, they too look human. They need to get back to what they do best, punishing teams for thinking they can play. They look like the Seahawks of old, terrible on the road. Will they win at home? Possibly. It will be close. I think they lose, at home. Panthers 16, Seahawks 13

(CBS) Chargers (2-3) at Packers (5-0) - Aaron Rodgers is going to be out there trying to make up for all of his turnovers last week. You will see a 4TD game from him. Sorry, Chargers. Packers 35, Chargers 10

(CBS) Ravens (1-4) at 49ers (1-4) - Super Bowl Rematch from three years ago. Both teams are bad. 49ers really bad. Since that Super Bowl they have been on a downward spiral. Ravens should have an easy time beating them. Ravens 34, 49ers 13

8:30PM EST

(NBC) Patriots (4-0) at Colts (3-2) - I don't know, we will probably see another 45-14 game. This started the whole Deflatemess earlier this year. You don't think Brady and coach haven't circled this date. Take the over, if you're a bettor. Patriots 49, Colts 10

Monday October 19, 2015

(ESPN) Giants (3-2) at Eagles (2-3) - Giants have turned it around. Eagles haven't. they haven't played a complete game. They need to have a game where both the running and passing game are in sync. Giants have quietly pulled it together. They could be 5-0, but back to back losses to start the season and here they are. I think it will be a close Monday night game. Giants 30, Eagles 27

Happy NFL Week 6

NFL Week 5

A pedestrian record, 9-6, but could have been 11-4 had the Eagles and the Raiders won games they should have easily won.

Thoughts from Week 4:

1. Falcons, insane. Although Julio Jones didn't get loose, that team looked amazing against the Texans.
2. Dallas seems to hang in there, then they find a way to lose. That's the difference between 4-0 and them being 2-2 currently.
3. Panthers and Falcons, when they do play, should be a great game.
4. Eagles, you look terrible.
5. 49ers, so do you.
6. Seahawks got away with a win. That could have easily gone the other way and dropped them to 1-3. They got the break they needed. Didn't expect that to be a close game, but then again maybe they aren't as great as they have been in previous years.
7. Cardinals, should've won. You let that game slip by.
8. Bengals, killing it. We will know if you are for real when you play the Seahawks.
9. Browns are in a familiar spot.
10. Patriots should drop a ton of points on Dallas.
11. Bills are confusing. Keep playing down to the competition. Defense is getting tore up.
12. I wouldn't be surprised if the Raiders win against the offense-less Broncos.
13. Early season bye weeks are the worst. I feel bad for teams with bye weeks before week 8.

Top 5: Lombardi Division

1. Patriots - Although I think the Packers could be up here as well.
2. Packers - Aaron Rodgers looks really great right now.
3. Bengals - They are really good.
4. Cardinals - Sure, they lost. But they are still good.
5. Falcons - Undefeated, and they look good on both sides of the ball.

Bottom 5: The Participation Ribbon Division

32. Lions - Still haven't won. So they are here.
31. 49ers - So bad. So. So. Bad.
30. Bears - Won, but still bad.
29. Eagles - Defense is terrible, offense is just mediocre.
28. Browns - They are usually down here. Thought this year would be different.

Coaches on the Hot Seat:

1. Joe Philbin - Already fired. He was on top of the list I put together last week.
2. Mike Pettine - Browns don't have a winning record, he cold be a bye week or post season casualty.
3. Bill O'Brien - Texans were bad last year, same this year. He could get the axe after only two seasons.
4. Jim Caldwell - After the playoff exit and the slow start this season, if they don't win, he could be a bye week casualty as well.
5. Jeff Fischer - If the Rams don't at least make the playoffs, I can see him losing his job as well.

Bye Week Teams: Dolphins, Jets, Vikings, Panthers

The Ingersoll Pick of the Week:

Atlanta Falcons - The Redskins won't be able to stop that offense.

Thursday October 8th, 8:30PM EST

(CBS/NFL) Colts (2-2)  at Texans (1-3) - Andrew Luck returns to face a team he has pretty much owned since he entered the league. The Texans, what I thought was a great defense, is terrible. The team is not well built. Outside of commercials, I haven't heard much about J.J. Watt. The Texans need to play better, or their coach is toast. Colts 27, Texans 9

Sunday October 11th, 1:00PM EST

(FOX) Bears (1-3) at Chiefs (1-3) - The Bears are fortunate to have come back and won against the Raiders. The Chiefs have been in most of their games this season and one bad bounce here or there, and they are 1-3. Blitz Cutler early and often to get him out of rhythm and he will throw a lot of interceptions. Chiefs 31, Bears 17

(FOX) Seahawks (2-2) at Bengals (4-0) - This is an intriguing matchup. The Seahawks can show they are back to their dominant form by beating a team that looks like it can possibly challenge New England for the AFC. The Bengals can make a statement by beating the Seahawks. The Seahawks, have not been good on the road, and got away with a win on Monday night. The Bengals won't let Wilson run all over them. Bengals 21, Seahawks 10

(FOX) Redskins (2-2) at Falcons (4-0)  - Already said the Falcons are a sure bet this week. Falcons 38, Redskins 17

Coinflip Game of the Week
Buccaneers (heads) Jaguars (tails)

(CBS) Jaguars (1-3) at Buccaneers (1-3) - This is like a a battle for who is the crappiest team in Florida. Should get Miami in a three way battle and see who wins. Winston needs to not have another turnover fiesta like last week Going to the coin. Tails it is. Jaguars 20, Buccaneers 17 (OT)

(FOX) Saints (1-3) at Eagles (1-3) - I think Drew Brees is going to put the Eagles in a big hole. The Saints can drop some points on this Eagles team that should be a lot better than they are. Saints 27, Eagles 21

(CBS) Browns (1-3) at Ravens (1-3) - This could be the start of the Ravens turning it around. After three tough games, they finally got a win and should be able to put the Browns down. Ravens 34, Browns 20

(FOX) Rams (2-2) at Packers (4-0) - Rodgers is good at home. The Rams are on one of those "every other week we will be good" type kicks. The Packers can score in bunches. If that pass rush of the Rams doesn't get to Rodgers, it's going to be a long day. Packers 28, Rams 13

(CBS) Bills (2-2) at Titans (1-2)  - Fresh off the Bye-Week the Titans should be well rested. they get a Bills team that played like crap against the Giants. The Bills can't lose two in a row, or they are going to get further behind the Patriots. I expect Ryan to have a gameplan for Mariota. Bills 20, Titans 10

4:05PM EST

(FOX) Cardinals (3-1) at Lions (0-4) - Lions, if they lose this game, there will be a lot of heads rolling in Detroit. Sure they were robbed last week. but if there were ever a "must win" game, this is it for them. Unfortunately, they get a Cardinals team that can score. I see them putting the clamps on the Lions. Cardinals 24, Lions 17

(CBS) Patriots (3-0) at Cowboys (2-2) - I certainly see this being a one sided beat down. Patriots 34, Cowboys 13

(CBS) Broncos (4-0) at Raiders (2-2) - As I said before, I can see the Raiders winning. they will get a couple of sacks/three and outs against the Broncos, and if Carr can keep from turning the ball over, they can walk away with a win. Raiders 24, Broncos 20

8:25PM EST

(NBC) 49ers (1-3) at Giants (2-2) - Good news is, the 49ers are as bad as advertised. Bad news is, Eli Manning can throw the ball every where and no one on the 49ers can stop him. Hopefully all of his points go to Beckham. Giants 35, 49ers 13

Monday October 12th, 8:30PM EST

(ESPN) Steelers (2-2) at Chargers (2-2) - With Vick at QB, I think they can rebound from last weeks loss and put some points on the Chargers. It will be somewhat of a shootout. The Chargers have a capable offense, and the Steelers defense isn't "Terrible Towel" worthy right now. Steelers should win by a field goal. Steelers 23, Chargers 20

Happy NFL Week 5!
