Week 12, Thanksgiving!!!

My favorite holiday is upon us. No not Christmas, Thanksgiving. A chance to be with family, to eat until you can't walk. It's just the best holiday of the year. A whopping 10-4 record last week. To all my friends near and far, I hope you have a fantastic Thanksgiving.

Week 11 Thoughts:

1. Stop already. Dallas won't make the playoffs. Too big of a hole they dug for themselves.
2. Panthers, there's a team that will do some damage in the playoffs. They win today, they clinch a playoff spot.
3. Rex Ryan, you just need to shut up.
4. Phantom call or not, the Bengals lost against a quality opponent. They have a poor record in primetime games...
5. Packers reestablished the fact that they are the best in the NFC North. Sorry Vikings, please sit down.
6. That Osweiler kid (ASU Product, honestly a really cool kid) looked really good last week.
7. Jameis Winston, insane numbers last week.
8. See also: Cam Newton.
9. Raiders, what the shit happened to you last week. I build you up, and then you cut my legs out from under me. How dare you.
10. Rams Game re Case Keenum: How did you not know dude had a concussion, Jeff Fisher. I watched the game, dude was like a noodle being pulled off of the field by a lineman. I mean, what game are YOU watching.
11. 49ers, I think you are close to securing that top 3 pick.
12. Patriots, they are on a roll.
13. Poor Browns, get their hopes up high, and then pushed over like a deck of cards.

Top 5: Lombardi Division
1. Patriots - Hard to believe, but they haven't budged from this spot.
2. Panthers - Making a push to get to the top, but the Patriots are like, nope.
3. Cardinals - Legit threat to the Panthers.
4. Packers - I moved them back here.
5. Broncos - They can still be dangerous.

Bottom 5: The Participation Trophy Division
32. Browns
31. Titans
30. 49ers
29. Ravens
28. Chargers

Coaches on the hot seat

1. Jim Caldwell
2. THAT Harbaugh guy
3. The Chargers coach. He's like, gone for sure.
4. Mike Pettine
5. Chip Kelly

Ingersoll Pick of the Week:

Minnesota Vikings - In Atlanta, look for AP to tear up the field.

Thursday Thanksgiving Day TRIO OF GAMES

(10:30AM MT FOX) Eagles (4-6) at Lions (3-7) - I mean, did anyone else witness the beatdown the Buccaneers, with a rookie QB, put on the Eagles. Anyone? I was thoroughly shocked. I thought the Bucs would win, didn't know they would help fire Chip Kelly. If the Bucs did that, I am pretty certain the Lions, who are playing decent lately, will do a pretty good job of winning this game, Especially with Mark Sanchez at QB for the Eagles. Lions 27, Eagles 17

(2:30PM MT CBS) Panthers (10-0) at Cowboys (3-7) - The Panthers are one of the best teams in this league. Dallas, could have been. That window is closed. I don't think it's going to be a high scoring game, and I honestly think that moron Greg Hardy is going to get ejected facing his former team. Can Dallas win? Sure. Will they, nope. That Cam Newton guy is playing out of his head. Panthers 20, Cowboys 16

(6:30PM MT NBC) Bears (4-6) at Packers (7-3) - The Packers can make a statement this week, the old "This division runs through us" statement. The Bears have been playing good, even in defeat, but dispatching the Vikings and the Bears in consecutive weeks, lets them know that Rodgers is still the man until they beat him. Sorry Bears fan, you won't be roaring this week. Packers 31, Bears 14 plus two Cutler ints.

SUNDAAAAAAAAAAAY November 29th

11:00AM MT

(CBS) Raiders (4-6) at Titans (2-8) - The Raiders, well I was letdown last week, and most likely will be letdown this week. I will put my faith elsewhere. The Raiders will win, but they are not as dominant and won't make a playoff push this year. They squandered that opportunity last week. Raiders 24, Titans 17

(CBS) Bills (5-5) at Chiefs (5-5) - Andy Reid lit a fire under these Chiefs, and they have responded. The Bills, lot of talk, no backing up. Two defenses that can play well, but the Bills have a tendency to let down in key spots. I think the Chiefs continue their torrid pace. Chiefs 27, Bills 20

(FOX) Buccaneers (5-5) at Colts (5-5) - Winston had a hell of a game last week, two weeks in a row really. Are we starting to see an Elite QB down in Tampa Bay? It is possible. I honestly think he's going to be good and we could see a 4TD week from him this week. The Colts are not good. They play terrible, and if they allow that offense to bully them the way the Bucs did the Eagles last week, well it could be a long day. Bucs 34, Colts 17

(FOX) Giants (5-5) at Redskins (4-6) - Redskins got beatdown last week, but division games are usually a little closer. The Giants, coming off the bye, could do some damage. A three TD game from Beckham should dampen the Redskins spirits. Giants 35, Redskins 24

(FOX) Saints (4-6) at Texans (5-5) - The Texans control their destiny to the playoffs. They can whip the lowly Saints. This is a trap game though. The Texans can't allow Drew Brees to get going or they will have a long day. Unleash...the Watts. Just let him go. Texans 20, Saints 17

(FOX) Vikings (7-3) at Falcons (6-4) - Remember when the Falcons were 5-0. Yeah a lot has changed since then. The Vikings are my pick this week. Vikings 27, Falcons 17

(FOX) Rams (4-6) at Bengals (8-2) - No way the Bengals lose three in a row, right? Yeah they won't. I think that they will win and get back to controlling the AFC North. Bengals 31, Rams 17

(CBS) Chargers (2-8) at Jaguars (4-6) - This is the end for the Chargers coach. Traveling cross country to get his butt kicked by the surprising not in the basement Jaguars. Whoever he is (I could look him up, but I like keeping him nameless) won't survive this season. The Jaguars have a good nucleus they are finally building through years of top 5 picks. Jaguars 24, Chargers 13

(CBS) Dolphins (4-6) at Jets (5-5) - Don't even know what to think about the Jets. They were once talking playoffs, but now they should be thinking about what to do with that top 15 pick they are in the process of securing. The Dolphins, well, they are about as hot and cold as you can expect. Toss up really. Jets at home, I'll go with them. Jets 24, Dolphins 20

(FOX) Cardinals (8-2) at 49ers (3-7)  - Well, the 49ers suck so I will keep this brief. Cardinals 41, 49ers 10

(CBS) Steelers (6-4) at Seahawks (5-5) - A tilt game for both teams. The Seahawks win, they are in the hunt for a playoff spot. The Steelers lose, well they could find themselves out of wildcard spot. Seahawks are beatable at home, unlike past years. It's an intriguing matchup. One I think will be close. Steelers 17, Seahawks 14

6:30PM MST

(NBC) Patriots (10-0) at Broncos (8-2) - A Peyton Manning team is typically owned by a Tom Brady team. I don't think Manning is playing this week, but he's on the roster. I think the Patriots are going to win, won't be a blowout, and we can see a pick or two from that Osweiler kid, but the Patriots should see 11-0 next week. Patriots 24, Broncos 21

Monday November 30th

(ESPN) Ravens (3-7) at Browns (2-8) - You know, Manziel should be thankful he's on an NFL roster. Dude gets so many chances and blows them. Has a great week, decides to party. "I've changed," well actions speak louder than words. Not only did you go from starter to demoted, but demoted to 3rd string. I can see him being cut this offseason. Ravens, minus Flacco, won't win. They are headed toward a top 5 pick this offseason. Injuries have derailed this team. Browns 28, Ravens 10

Happy Thanksgiving to all my wonderful friends and family alike!
