NFL Week 11

Thoughts from Week 10

1. Both the Chiefs and Rams are heading for one of those "Break the scoreboard" games. Neither really plays defense all that well....
2. I think that anyone should take a long hard look at the Saints. They are really good and dropping points at an alarming rate.
3. The blueprint to beat the Patriots, has been unfurled by the Titans. That was a dominant performance.
4. Just lose, Baby. (Raiders).
5. Cowboys fans (myself included) don't get your hopes up. They still are bad.
6. Ever since big mouth Jalen Ramsey proclaimed all his nonsense about other QB's, the Jaguars have been getting beat down.

Thursday
Packers at Seahawks - You know, before the season I didn't think the Seahawks would have a losing record, that has changed. They are not good. And sure, they put up points, but when you let nearly half of your defense go, that is going to be problematic. Packers, well, they aren't much better, but I truly believe that they are better offensively and slightly better defensively than the Seahawks. Packers 34, Seahawks 17

Sunday

Cowboys at Falcons - Cowboys have that false sense of bravado. One win, against another mediocre team, does not make you good. It makes you slightly better than mediocre. The Cowboys have a lot of issues on defense, and most likely won't be able to keep up with the Falcons offense. Falcons 27, Cowboys 14

Steelers at Jaguars -  I hope the Steelers score 40. Steelers 42, Jaguars 17
The watch Golf Instead Game
Raiders at Cardinals  - Both teams are bad. Raiders are just the worst. Cardinals 16, Raiders 9

Broncos at Chargers - You know, the Broncos aren't terrible. Their offense is wonky, but the defense is good. Chargers on the other hand, well they have their usual start good, fizzle out feel to them. This is a trap game for them. They best get to work, and pound the football, or they are going to lose. Broncos with the upset. Broncos 20, Chargers 17

Bengals at Ravens - Bengals started out good, but they  haven't shown much. Same with the Ravens. AFC North games are always tough, this one will be no different. Ravens 24, Bengals 20

Panthers at Lions  - Panthers should rebound and get a win this week. Lions are certainly in need of a rebuild. Panthers 27, Lions  10

Titans at Colts  - Titans, if they can build on last week, can destroy the Colts. Titans 34, Colts 13

Buccaneers at Giants - Start Fitzpatrick, get the offense going, throttle the Giants, who themselves are heading for a rebuild. Bucs 31, Giants 19

Texans at Redskins  - An intriguing matchup because both are division leaders. Redskins are getting it done with offense and a slightly improved defense. Another week of practice with Thomas, and the Texans offense should be good to go this week. Should be a back and forth game. Texans 24, Redskins 20

Eagles at Saints - Saints gonna continue to rack up points like its a Madden game. Saints 44, Eagles 27

Vikings at Bears -  Going against my better judgement but DA BEARS, Bears 27, Vikings 20

Monday

Chiefs at Rams  - Chiefs and Rams are gonna be, as the kids say, lit.  The over is 64, but I'm gonna say Chiefs 34, Rams 27
