NFL Week 11

Last week 12-2-1 (mostly because I didn't care about the Panthers Dolphins game and abstained from picking a winner). So on the season, 95-61-1

Thoughts from last Week:

-Dallas, no way you should've lost as bad as you did. Elliott doesn't play defense.
- Patriots look like they are gearing up for the postseason.
- Still not sold on the Panthers.
- Giants are as bad as advertised, if not worse.
-Don't sleep on the Rams, they are killin teams right now.
- Vikings as well.
- Browns can go the distance.
- Saints look scary. The NFC South is going to be one heck of a finish.

Power Rankings - No change

Top 5
1. Eagles
2 Patriots
3. Chiefs
4. Vikings
5.  Steelers

Bottom 5B

32. Browns
31. Giants
30.  49ers
29. Buccaneers
28. Bears

Thursday November 16th

(NBC) Titans (6-3) at Steelers (7-2) - Despite the record, not overly impressed by the Steelers. something is up with that offense. for all the offensive stars it has, it's not that great. No rhythm. Now they have to deal with a Titans defense that is more than formidable. I don't see a win for Pittsburgh, although I'm typically wrong. Titans 20, Steelers 13

Sunday November 19th

(FOX) Lions (5-4) at Bears (3-6) - The Lions are starting to turn it around at the right point. They get a weak Bears team, and can pile on some points and try to make up some ground on the division leading vikings. If they want to do that, they have to start with weak teams like this. Lions 27, Bears 10

(CBS) Jaguars (6-3) at Browns (0-9) - Look, the Browns suck. I don't need to keep beating the drum on what I want. I want a perfect reverse season. Jaguars 34, Browns 17

(CBS) Ravens (4-5) at Packers (5-4) - The Ravens, surprisingly are bad. I thought they'd finish with a 10 win season, and they still might, but they are a bad team. They have to go to Lambeau and win? I don't see that happening. Not the way that offense is playing. Packers 21, Ravens 10

(FOX) Buccaneers (3-6) at Dolphins (4-5) - Not playing this game in week 1 due to the hurricane really set these two teams on the same path. Thought the Bucs would challenge for the division, but nope. They are mediocre at best. They can beat the Dolphins, cause they aren't good either. Bucs 27, Dolphins 17

(FOX) Rams (7-2) at Vikings (7-2) - The Rams are playing some great football. they can give any team in this league a run for their money. I think the inevitable Rams/Eagles playoff game will be amazing. For now, they take on a Vikings team that gave up a lot of points to a mediocre Redskins offense. Will the Rams exploit that? you betcha. Vikings get behind, they won't be able to catch up, not with that Rams defense. Rams 37, Vikings 20

(FOX) Redskins (4-5) at Saints (7-2) - Saints have been dropping points at a huge clip. Redskins get behind, this is going to get ugly fast. I have a feeling that the Redskins pull off the upset though. Redskins 31, Saints 27

(CBS) Chiefs (6-3) at Giants (1-8) - The Giants are bad. This might be one of those 41 point losses. Chiefs 47, Giants 9

(FOX) Cardinals (4-5) at Texans (3-6) - Both teams are bad. Neither has a QB that can lead them to a decisive victory. Cardinals can win on the road, but damn both teams are heading for a top 10 pick. Cardinals 24, Texans 17

(FOX) Bills (5-4) at Chargers (3-6) - I always want to think that the Bills will be good, Chargers too, but both are just mediocre. The Chargers haven't been good, and keep finding creative ways to lose. The Bills defense is just horrific. Bills should drop the Chargers. Bills 28, Chargers 13

(CBS) Bengals (3-6) at Broncos (3-6) - The Broncos have some bad loses on their resume. Their vaunted defense, has been a punching bag. They have no consistency on offense. No ball control. The Bengals, same. Marvin Lewis should be out by the end of the season. Broncos, well they need a lot of help. Bad matchups this weekend. This is a game I could care less about. Broncos should win at home. Broncos 20, Bengals 10

(CBS) Patriots (7-2) at Raiders (4-5) - The Raiders won't survive the beatdown that is coming. They are an ill prepared team that could've been a lot more. Patriots 34, Raiders 10

(NBC) Eagles (8-1) at Cowboys (5-4) - Thus starts the slow descent to an 8-8 season for the Cowboys. The Eagles, with all of their weapons, will bury the Cowboys. Eagles 41, Cowboys 10

Monday November 20th

(ESPN) Falcons (5-4) at Seahawks (6-3) - I want to think the Seahawks are as good as their record, but if we are being honest, they are not. They have not played all that great. The Falcons, well their record is right where I thought it would be. They are not a good team either. The two teams colliding on Monday night should show that each team has their flaws. The defense for the Seahawks will be exploited now that Sherman is out. It's not like they have been shutting teams down. The Falcons defense is also bad. So it should be a high scoring ramajam fest. Falcons 42, Seahawks 35

Happy NFL Week 11
